ORDERING
Operating Hours
While you may place an order on our site 24 hours a day 7 days a week, we do not operate on weekends and national holidays. All orders made after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders made on Friday after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Due to the observance of national holidays, some orders may experience an additional delay due to bank, postal, and freight company closures on these select days.
Placing An Order
When placing an order in the store, click on the item you wish to purchase, select the quantity, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout when you're ready. Remember to pay attention to individual products that offer different varieties such as colors, sizes, scents, and flavors. Special drop down menus are provided to make these choices. If you're ordering a downloadable video, make note of the file size to insure you have the necessary space available on your computer and give yourself sufficient time to complete the download.
Back Orders
We make every effort to always have product available. If you've ordered an item that has suddenly run out of stock, we will have it available ASAP. You will be notified of the situation and if necessary, special arrangements will be made to you.
Sales Tax
GoToGabby.com is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders with ship to addresses within the state of California.
Forms Of Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders. At this time, we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
Security
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal information cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely. If you ever suspect that your credit card information is being used without your knowledge, you should contact your credit card company immediately.
Authorization Failure
If you receive an error notice stating your credit card is unauthorized or declined, please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card and enter it again.
Canceling An Order
After you have clicked "submit", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a customer service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Order Status
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received and contains a summary of your order including invoice number, date, items purchased, and charges. This email should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped and contains the same summary as the first email plus your UPS tracking number. This email should arrive within approximately 24 hours following verification of credit card charges and shipment of your products.

SHIPPING
Shipping Options
We currently only offer shipping via UPS within the United States. You may choose between the following 3 options of service - Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. UPS Ground shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days. 3-Day Select shipments typically arrive in 3 days. 2nd Day Air shipments typically arrive in 2 days. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. The times given above are targeted estimates and do not account for disruption in service by UPS due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping Restrictions
GoToGabby.com will ship your order to any location within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) with a valid residential or business address. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses.
Shipping Days
Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day while orders placed after 1pm PST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST will be shipped the following Monday. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time when shipping takes place during a holiday time period.
Shipping Charges
You'll find the shipping options in the box marked "ship to me" at checkout. After you check off your desired level of service, the charges will appear on your receipt as "shipping charge".
Shipping For Velvet Products
Shipping & handling of "Velvet for Gabrielle Reece" apparel will be administered directly by the manufacturer separately from other GoToGabby products. When ordering a combination of Velvet and GoToGabby products together, each shipment will be sent at the same rate specified in your purchase. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment at no additional charge. Although both shipments will be processed simultaneously, exact arrival times may vary slightly.
Tracking Packages
Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at http://www.ups.com/ to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the following day.
- Delivery only occurs on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
RETURNS
30-Day Return Window
If you experience any malfunction or manufacturer error with your purchase from GoToGabby.com, you may return the item within 30 days of the shipment date for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. We cannot issue returns for "buyer remorse".
Return Instructions
If you need to make a return, please contact a customer service representative via the contact information given at the bottom of this page. You will need to explain the nature of the return and be prepared for the following:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item
- All products must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Return Shipping Charge
You will be responsible for shipping charges for merchandise returned to us. In the event you would like and qualify for a refund, or if you are exchanging an item due to manufacturer error, we will then reimburse you for the return shipping charges.
Credit
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
