My view on healthy living...

I consider myself:
straight forward, hard working, organized, caring.

I eat lots of: salads with chicken.

I try to sleep: 7 1/2 hours a night.

I try to keep things balanced by: scheduling wisely and leaving openings in my schedule to just enjoy the moment.

My favorite snack is: almonds if I'm being good, whoppers if I'm not!

I like to indulge in: a sauna or long hot bath.

I workout: 3-4 times a week for 60 minutes.

My favorite cardio workout is: hiking or walking on the treadmill on an incline.

My favorite exercise at the gym is: giant steps.

My favorite exercise at home is: bum squeezes.

My favorite post exercise meal is: anything healthy.

My favorite song at the moment to workout to is: Buckcherry's, Sorry.

When I don't feel like exercising: I do it anyway.

I wish people would: love themselves more.

I think my greatest gift is: having been loved unconditionally by my MOM.

My favorite part of my body is: the whole thing—after giving birth I have a whole new appreciation for my body and all it can do.

My favorite thing to do to escape the madness is: have a massage.

One of the hardest lessons I've had to learn is: that managing expectations (yours as well as others) is the best way to avoid disappointment.

One of the most important solutions that I have figured out in my life so far is a ponytail and sunglasses! No seriously, I think a solution for me has been to be able to relinquish control at times and to be able to delegate to others. While doing this you also have to trust in the abilities of the people around you. Let them do their job so you can do your job.
